Terms of Use
These terms cover PythonPlayroom, also called Python Learn, provided by Duvdex LLC, including test and store builds. They supplement the license and purchase terms of your store; they do not replace them.
1. Learning and eligibility
PythonPlayroom provides Python lessons, sample datasets, practice challenges and progress tracking. Code runs in an on-device interpreter; loading its runtime and packages can require internet access. Lessons and results may contain errors and do not guarantee certification, employment or a particular learning outcome. Review code before using it with real systems or data.
Follow the eligibility requirements of your store and applicable law. Where parental permission is required, a parent or guardian must authorize use and purchases. The app does not automatically verify age.
2. Optional Pro purchase
The optional Pro unlock is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. Its price, included content and applicable taxes are shown by your store before you confirm. The included free content does not require a purchase.
Apple or Google processes payment, and RevenueCat validates access. Use Restore Purchases with the appropriate store account when available. A purchase does not promise transfer between different stores. Refunds follow your store's rules and applicable law. Removing the app does not itself refund a purchase. Do not send passwords or payment-card details to support.
3. Responsible use and content
Use the app and its materials only as permitted by your store license and applicable law. Do not interfere with the service, defeat purchase controls, or access another person's information. Use only code and data you are authorized to use. Do not run untrusted code or enter secrets into practice exercises. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original practice code to Duvdex.
4. Privacy and local records
Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Local progress can be lost when device storage is cleared or the app is removed. Store purchase records and operating-system backups are managed separately. Keep any practice work you need outside the app.
5. Availability and your rights
Features, third-party downloads and test builds can be unavailable or change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free lessons. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, refunds, remedies or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Apple's standard app license continues to apply where your Apple purchase is subject to it.
6. Contact and updates
Contact Duvdex LLC at support@duvdex.com. Updated terms will be dated. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law before applying them.
