Passport Party
Terms of Use
These terms cover Passport Party provided by Duvdex LLC, including test and store builds. They supplement the license and purchase terms of your store; they do not replace them.
1. Gameplay and eligibility
Passport Party is a trivia and timing game with guest saves, Quick Match and private rooms. Live rooms require an internet connection. Some matches may include computer-controlled players. Trivia, scores and match results may contain errors and are not professional advice, official credentials or a guarantee of a particular result.
Follow the eligibility requirements of your store and applicable law. Where parental permission is required, a parent or guardian must authorize use and purchases. The app does not automatically verify age.
2. Live rooms and fair play
Choose an appropriate nickname without sensitive personal details. Room codes let other players join; share them only with intended participants. Do not harass players, submit unlawful content, cheat, interfere with matches, or access another person's information. Use the app and its materials as permitted by your store license and applicable law.
3. Optional support purchases
Any tip or supporter purchase is optional. Your store shows the price, taxes, purchase type and any included benefit before confirmation. A repeatable tip is a separate purchase each time you confirm it, not an auto-renewing subscription. A tip does not promise an additional gameplay benefit unless the product description states one.
Apple or Google processes payment, and RevenueCat validates purchases. Non-consumable benefits may be restored where supported; consumable tips are not a restorable Pro unlock. Purchases do not promise transfer between stores. Refunds follow your store's rules and applicable law. Removing the app does not itself refund a purchase. Do not send passwords or payment-card details to support.
4. Privacy and guest records
Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Reset Guest Save removes local nickname and progress data; it does not delete live backend room or match records. See the policy for support requests about those records. Removing the app can erase local progress; store purchase records and operating-system backups are managed separately.
5. Availability and your rights
Live services and test builds can be unavailable or change. We do not promise uninterrupted matches or error-free trivia. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, refunds, remedies or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Apple's standard app license continues to apply where your Apple purchase is subject to it.
6. Contact and updates
Contact Duvdex LLC at support@duvdex.com. Updated terms will be dated. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law before applying them.
