Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Roundtable is for adults aged 18 and over, or a higher minimum required locally.

The current app does not verify age automatically. Do not participate if you do not meet this requirement.

Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in codes and account access private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you believe access has been compromised.

2. What Roundtable Provides

Roundtable lets you configure AI members and request multiple perspectives on a topic. AI members are software using external models, not people or licensed professionals. Model availability, limits and features may change or be unavailable.

AI processing is enabled only after the required setup and separate AI consent. New discussions offer optional web research, a Referee for selected factual claims and an optional final summary. Claim checks can be limited or unavailable and do not verify every statement. A source or Verified badge does not guarantee accuracy. Research and summaries are not run retroactively on older discussions.

Host controls let you pause the next member turn, send context or mention a member, resume and request an extra focused round. A reply already running may finish while paused. Continued rounds use the app's displayed credit rules. AI members recommend actions for you; they do not promise to deliver work later or carry out actions outside the app.

Closing the app may not stop a generation already running. Discussion text may be saved and synchronized across devices signed into the same account.

3. AI Limitations

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or offensive output. Different members may agree while all being wrong. Replies are not verified facts and should not replace your judgment.

This is not professional medical, legal or financial advice, and is not an emergency service. Check important claims independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Do not use the app as the sole basis for decisions that could harm someone's health, safety, finances, legal rights or access to essential services.

4. Your Content

Submit only content you have the right to use and share with the services described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include confidential material, passwords, sign-in codes or API keys. Avoid personal information about others unless you have a lawful basis and any necessary permission to share it.

You retain whatever rights you have in your input. You authorize Duvdex and its necessary service providers to process and store your input to operate the features you request. AI output may be similar to other users' output; we do not promise uniqueness, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing it before reuse.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Roundtable to facilitate unlawful activity, child exploitation, violence, targeted hateful abuse or self-harm. Do not attack the service, bypass safety controls or usage limits, access someone else's information, or misuse another person's identity or intellectual property.

Safety screening is imperfect and may block a legitimate request or miss a harmful one. Report problematic replies using the app's Report AI reply action, or contact support. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

6. Credits and Subscriptions

Free includes 6 discussion credits each month. Balanced discussions use 2 credits; additional rounds use the displayed credit amount. Credits are service allowances, not money, and have no cash value. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Free AI usage also has a shared monthly budget; when reached, Free users cannot start or continue discussions until it resets or they upgrade. Previously received content remains accessible.

When offered through your store, Roundtable Pro includes 100 credits per month, premium models and Deep discussions. US prices are $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, with annual payment charged up front. Localized store prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Both plans provide a monthly allowance, not an annual credit bundle.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google store account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through that store before renewal, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal, not immediate access for the period already purchased. Refund requests are handled under your store's rules and applicable law. Restore purchases is available in the app. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.

7. Privacy and Ending Use

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke AI consent or stop using the app. Signing out, closing the app or uninstalling it does not delete your hosted account or discussions.

Saved history is kept until deletion, not automatically erased after a fixed period.

Updated builds provide Settings > Delete account for confirmed, permanent account and saved-data deletion. It is available even with an active subscription. For discussion-only deletion or an older build without this option, email support@duvdex.com. We verify ownership and respond as required by applicable law. 8. Availability and Responsibility

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
